Not Dishwasher Safe. Use a damp rag with soap and water to rinse.
In order to prevent food contamination, clean between each use.
The board will dry out over time. Apply a beeswax finish to keep it moist.
Do not place hot foods or kitchen equipment directly on the board.
Knife cuts will show in the wood, adding character to the board over time.
